Coaching Circle for Leading Women

Learn together.

Succeed together.

Does leading at the top have to be lonely? How can I explore leading differently with women in similar positions? How do other women lead in my position? How can I find a group of likeminded women to explore my challenges in a confidential and safe way? How can I justify spending time talking to other women in similar positions?

These are questions that many of us, who have been or are CEOs, Executive Directors or Managing Directors of social change organisations, are asking ourselves. We know instinctively that it doesn’t have to be lonely at the top despite what those around us might be telling us.

We wonder what other beliefs are holding us back and keep us from owning our power. We instinctively know that we want to co-create and co-lead and define what that means to us. And yet, the structures in which we find ourselves are not facilitating this.

We know how much we could benefit if we were able to learn together, and yet, the social change sector is challenged by a culture of competition, hierarchy and exclusion.

Above all we are plagued by a sense of constant stress and not enough time – a vicious cycle, because instinctively we know that if we made time to stop, reflect and learn, we would be able to stop the ham
